Lucy works across regional South Australia, including Murray Bridge and the Fleurieu Peninsula. She primarily supports children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disability, as well as adults with chronic neurological conditions. Lucy helps clients achieve their goals by providing tailored intervention, assistive technologies and both minor and complex home modifications to enhance independence and quality of life. Lucy is a NDIS Home Modifications Assessor.

Melanie has extensive experience in community-based Occupational Therapy, providing tailored assessments and interventions for young adults and adults. She supports individuals in achieving safety and independence at home and in the community. Her clinical experience includes Autism Spectrum Disorder, trauma, and neurological conditions such as Stroke, Motor Neurone Disease, Parkinson’s, and Multiple Sclerosis. Melanie offers ongoing support with a compassionate approach, empowering clients to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Michael has experience supporting paediatric participants with a range of disabilities including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Global Developmental Delay and trauma. He uses assistive technology, including eye-gaze technology, and home modifications to enhance safety and independence. Michael is committed to helping people achieve their goals through tailored intervention that promotes functional skills, fosters long-term development and enhances well-being.

Chloe’s clinical focus is on early intervention and supporting young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Global Developmental Delay. She is passionate about helping children reach their developmental milestones and young adults achieve independence. Chloe creates a comfortable and supportive environment, tailoring intervention to meet each participant’s unique needs, foster growth, confidence and independence.

Annelle is an experienced Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist seeing people aged 2 to 18 years. She has special interests in Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Global Developmental Delay, Intellectual Disability and trauma informed care. Annelle takes a collaborative approach, working closely with families and multidisciplinary care teams to create tailored strategies that empower young people to achieve their developmental goals. She is passionate and dedicated to fostering growth, independence, and confidence in every person she supports.

His practice focuses on understanding the participants strengths, needs, and goals to deliver tailored support across physical, cognitive, and developmental areas. Luke works closely with families and other professionals to support functional independence and daily participation. He is passionate about promoting confidence, autonomy, and meaningful engagement in everyday life.

Shannon works with younger people to older adults, across NDIS and the Support at Home Program. She has further training in Pilates and extensive experience with musculoskeletal conditions, physical and neurological disabilities and exercise education and prescription. Shannon utilises a person-centred approach to tailor therapy to achieve the individual’s goals.

Lauri works with children, younger people and older adults, across NDIS and the Support at Home Program. He has experience with rehabilitation, hydrotherapy, physical and neurological disabilities, pain management, exercise education and prescription and assistive technology. He uses a person-centred approach to tailor treatment plans and education to support independence, safety and achieving goals.

Kendall has experience in Pilates, musculoskeletal conditions, rehabilitation, hydrotherapy, post-surgery treatment, pain management, exercise education and prescription. She primarily works with clients accessing the Support at Home Program to maintain or improve functionality, remain safe and independent in their homes.

Alexander is a certified practising Speech Pathologist that supports paediatric clients across the state with their communication and swallowing needs. Alexander empowers people with a lived experience of disability through intervention including Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC), early intervention, language development and literacy.

Luke started his career as an Exercise Physiologist, then went on to complete his Masters of Physiotherapy, and further trained as a Medical Doctor, achieving honors. He has extensive clinical experience with general medicine, anaesthetics, pain medicine, musculoskeletal therapy, rehabilitation and aged care. When not consulting, Luke provides medical education and professional development for Smart Moves Healthcare therapists.

Pamela is a Pharmacist and Credentialled Diabetes Educator with a background in management and business development. She has experience in disability, community and hospital pharmacy, diabetes education and management, mental health and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health. Pamela has experience with non-for-profit and Government organisations, and private practices.
Tilly Ford

Allied Health Manager and Exercise Physiologist
Tilly is an Exercise Physiologist and Diabetes Educator who helps individuals of all ages achieve their physical activity goals. With a background in Pilates, behaviour change, and exercise prescription, she empowers people to move well. Her interests include mental health, chronic health condition management, and supporting older adults. Outside of her clinical work, Tilly uses her administrative experience to ensure business compliance and wellbeing of those we support.
